Trent Jones Founder & Managing Director
Trent has been working in the electrical industry since 2006 and has started multiple successful companies in the energy upgrades sector. He collectively employs 35 full time team members from electricians, refrigeration mechanics and plumbers who operate under All Electric Homes to provide full turn key solutions to completely electrify any dwelling in both residential and commercial sectors.
Josh Jones General Manager Electrical
Josh has a notable career background, having started as a 1st-year apprentice after serving in the Royal Australian Navy for 6 years. It's commendable that he has progressed to the position of General Manager since joining the company in 2016.
Matt McIndoe General Manager Plumbing
Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, with a strong background in complex commercial and high-rise plumbing installations. His expertise spans across the majority of the plumbing industry, making him a key leader in delivering efficient, innovative, and sustainable plumbing solutions at All Electric Homes and Want A Heat Pump. With a deep understanding of modern plumbing needs, Matt ensures every project is executed to the highest standard.
Michael Costea BDM & Sales
A passion for technology, innovation and people, approaching every challenge with fresh eyes, exploring new ideas to overcome traditional issues by placing customer excellence at the core of all my decision making and continuous process improvements. I’m a true believer that great customer experience comes from a combination of building authentic & honest relationships (brand loyalty), simplifying customer facing/back-office processes and anticipating their needs before they have to ask.
Jai Jones Accounts Manager
Jai has been an integral part of All Eelctric Homes since its inception. She is the dedicated wife of Trent Jones, and has helped steer the success of the multiple companies over the last 10 years with Trent & the team. Jai has worn multiple hats, showcasing her versatility and commitment to the business. In 2014, she embarked on an apprenticeship as an electrician to meet the growing demand for services. However, in 2015 the apprenticeship ceased as Jai made the decision to prioritise starting a family.
Ross Jones Stock & Procurement
Ross has an extensive background and knowledge in the electrical wholesale side of the business. He has over 20 years in the industry working for the likes of Middy’s, AWM, Lecky’s. Ross opened up and successfully ran AWM Hastings as the store manager for a number of years.
Ben Watson Senior Solar Specialist
With 18 years of experience, Ben plays a crucial role as All Electric Homes PV Solar electrician, ensuring meticulous design and installation of solar infrastructure. His leadership will also drive the team's training and commitment to fostering expertise within its team and further establishing itself as a leader in sustainable energy solutions.
Matt Halls Senior HVAC Specialist
Matt Halls brings extensive expertise across the refrigeration industry, with a strong background in commercial and high-rise installations, service, and maintenance. Known for his ability to tackle even the most challenging units, Matt's experience and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable asset at All Electric Hospitality, ensuring top-quality service for every project.
